Annette has directed payroll processes and procedures including taxes and finance demands regarding timely payroll payments in compliance with federal and state laws.
She has developed and designed short-term and long-term strategies for continuous improvement in payroll.

Annette Mingo, is a skilled Payroll Tax Consultant with over 20 years of experience processing and overseeing all aspects of payroll operations. She has worked on developing several inhouse payroll system for small to medium clients while ensuring the systems are in compliance with Federal and State payroll rules.
